The conference hotel will be the "St. Nicolas Resort Hotel & Villas".

The hotel offers:

Single room at the rate of 125 euro
Double room at the rate of 180 euro
Child (sharing room with two adults) 30 euro.

(Rates include American Buffet Breakfast, VAT and Municipality Tax.)

Reservations are expected for a minimum of 4 nights during the period October 5th to 14th 2010. Rooms are with 1 Double French Bed or 2 Twin Beds, private bathroom, WC, hairdryer, air-condition, channel music, telephone, TV, Minibar and balcony or terrace with garden view or side sea view or sea view subject to availability upon arrival only and as per management discretion. Rooms are available by 14.00 hrs upon arrival and should be vacated by 12.00 noon on the departure date. Arrangements for early check-in or delayed check-out should be made in advance with the reservations department Mrs Maria Tzortzi (see below contact details).

You must quote "X-ray Astrophysics Conference October 2010" in order to get the special conference rate listed above. Each reservation should have in writing: name — how many persons — arrival and departure dates.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: The above mentioned rates, and availability of the rooms for the workshop participants, are guaranteed provided the booking is done before the 30th of June, 2010.

available during the conference dates at the following hotels (which are less than 10 minutes walk from St. Nicolas Bay):
