Hotel Reservation

The venue for GDSF2015 will be the Minoa Palace Hotel, Platanias, Chania.  The hotel is situated in the cosmopolitan area of Platanias, 12km west of the picturesque town of Chania and only 30min drive from Chania Airport, Crete, Greece

A block booking at special low rates for the GDSF2015 participants has been reserved at the Minoa Palace Hotel and reservations must be made directly with the hotel through the special link: https://gdssf2015minoapalace.hotelproxy.net

All participants are strongly advised to choose the venue Hotel for their accommodation.
Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis and reservation requests must be sent to the hotel by 6 April, 2015.

The above link will open the Minoa Palace Hotel reservation's booking engine and you will be required to add your Check In and Check Out dates plus number of adults.

Online credit card payment will also be requested by the hotel for confirmation of reservation.

There is also the opportunity to share a room with another participant and thus share the cost of the twin room at the Minoa Palace Hotel.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Alternative accommodation has also been arranged at nearby hotels.
We encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance as hotels impose strict release dates for reservations.
After these dates no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
Please refer to the appropriate hotel details below for release date.
All reservations should be made directly with the hotel of your choice with the exception of the Panos Beach Hotel (for this self catering block you should contact MITOS S.A. directly.
To secure your reservation, payment is required by credit card.
