General information:
The
conference will be held in Crete, in the town of Agios Nicolaos and
will be structured as a 2-week conference, divided into an 'AGN' part
(October 5-8) and an 'X-ray Binary' part (October 11-14). Each part
will include a total of 16, 40-minute (35+5) Invited Talks, plus 32,
25-minute (20+5) Contributed Talks and a dozen of posters.
The conference venue is the "St. Nicolas Resort Hotel & Villas"
There is no registration fee. Coffee breaks and the conference dinner will be courtesy of the LOC. Financial support (accommodation only) can be provided to a limited number of participants. Priority will be given to PhD students and young Post-docs.
The number of participants is limited to 60 for each of the two parts (AGN and X-ray binary).
Proceedings:
There will be no conference proceedings. All presentations will be posted on the conference web page. We ask the participants to their submit his/her contribution in PDF format by 30 November 2010.
